Who Am I?
Romonda "Mo" Lowe is a Life Coach, Stylist, and unapologetic woman of faith who loves God and lives boldly. She’s the founder of The Allure Factor—a brand and movement built on the belief that there’s beauty in every step and power in every move.
With a background in education, cosmetology, and spiritual leadership, she blends style, purpose, and truth to help others step fully into who they’re called to be. Her beauty may turn heads, but it’s her discernment, depth, and grounded wisdom that leave the lasting impression.
Through coaching, styling, and her "Healing Her" gatherings, she creates spaces for honesty, healing, confidence, and calling. Her experience in mental and behavioral health, including crisis and de-escalation work, shapes how she leads—with patience, insight, and a heart for transformation.
